The Office Community Affairs and Human Relations (OCA & HR) informs, engages and connects the Mayor and City with civic, community, arts, faith-based, human service and non-profit organizations to raise awareness of City priorities, programs and services and develop partnerships that improve the quality of life in Orlando. Additionally, OCA & HR connects these different groups with the Mayor, City services, funding opportunities and other community resources, including providing civil rights services in employment, housing and public accommodations.
