The Knights (19-3, 8-1 The American) and the Mustangs (8-14, 2-7 The American) will tip off at 3 p.m. ET on ESPN3.

Notes to Know
For the fifth consecutive week, UCF is receiving votes in both the AP Top 25 and the USA Today/WBCA Top 25 polls.
The Knights are putting together one of the best seasons in program history. Their 19-3 record is the best start to a season.
Kay Kay Wright leads the Knights with 17.8 points per game, 3.6 assists per contest and 1.9 steals per game.
Nyala Shuler is UCF’s leading rebounder with 7.3 boards per contest. She ranks fifth all-time in career rebounds this season with 780 rebounds and moved into the career top 10 with 75 blocks.
Kayla Thigpen has scored in double figures 11 times this season and is UCF’s second leading scorer on the season at 9.8 points per game.
Scouting the Opponents
UCF and SMU will meet for the second time this season and the 24th time overall.
The Mustangs lead the all-time series 13-10, but the Knights have won the last four meetings.
SMU is 8-14 overall this season, with a 2-7 mark in The American.
Alicia Froling averages a double-double for the Mustangs with 11.4 points per game and 10.0 rebounds per contest and has a team-high 38 blocks.
Kayla White adds 11.1 PPG and has a team-high 28 steals. Ariana Whitfield dishes out 3.2 assists per game.
Next up, UCF continues its road swing with a midweek matchup at Tulane on Wednesday. The Knights and the Green Wave will tip off at 8 p.m. ET.
